This started as a Slack message to a client.
We were running outbound for a client and hit a wall. The messaging angles weren’t resonating. Setting up each campaign in Clay meant rewriting prompts from scratch. There was no way to learn from what worked and carry it forward.
So we started building — an agentic workflow with persistent memory that could assess fit, generate copy, and iterate on its own understanding of each ICP. That turned into list building. Then enrichment. Then a full workflow engine.
